Diet? How? What is the most effective way of reducing weight? Well these are only some of the questions most people ask, especially ME..

There are number of diet plans - south beach diet, 3 day diet, fruit diet, water theraphy and a lot more..

There are also lots of diet pills around.

Natural way of reducing weight - going to the gym, walking and exercise..

Which of these are most effective? Well, if you're gonna ask me.. I DON'T know.. I for one, is having a difficulty of losing weight.. *sob*

There are lots of things in my mind.. I really don't know what to do first and to choose.. Here are some of my wish lists:

* Hongkong (suppose to be last month)
* braces (my dentist said I need it)
* a/c unit for my room
* home entertainment
* pursue my grad school
* more money ( heheh)
* love life (hopefully soon..)
* and a lot more...

Wheew! That's it for now.. I need to get back to work, and earn some bread.. hehe

Work... Work... Work..

Its Tuesday once again and start of a new week at work.. I work as a Web Marketing Analyst - SEO Link builder. To give you some idea what my work is. I've listed some of my tasks.. Before this are my task:

* collecting and researching directories ( free and paid )
* adding directories to PA
* e-mail answering
* link submissions
* updating domains/link pages
* PRs/article submissions and checking of posted URLs

There had been changes on our daily tasks.. At present I do the following task:

* PRs/article submissions
* Joining discussion boards ( Forum posting )
* Blog comments
* Trackbacks
* Assists to trainees (sometimes)

Pretty tough task! wheew!
