Patrick Dempsey's Enchanted

Enchanted would be released on November 21, 2007. Patrick Dempsey aka McDreamy in Greys Anatomy, had the chance to work with Amy Adams, Susan Sarandon, James Marsden and Idina Menzel.

He plays a hard-working single father who meets Amy Adams' character, who is banished by an evil queen from the animated world of Andalasia to present-day, live-action New York City.

I can't wait to see the movie on the big screen..

Eric Dane is Dr Mark Sloan, a plastic surgeon at Seatle Grace Hospital. He fell inlove with Dr. Addison Montgomery Shepherd, wife of his best friend Dr Derek Shepherd.

Meredith and her friends called him "McSteamy".

Taking Care of Braces

Its been almost two weeks since I had my braces. I'm still getting used to it. There are few things that must keep in mind, when you have braces. I've listed some of the things to avoid during the treatment.

Ice: Can break your braces
Pizza Crust: Bends the wires
Corn Chips/Pretzels: Bends wires and loosens brackets.
Sticky Lollies/Candy/Bubblegum: Pulls off wires and can cause decay (unless sugarfree).
Nuts/Popcorn: The shells get caught between the gum and bands.
Corn On The Cob: Cut the corn off the cob before eating to avoid damage to braces.
Apples/Carrots: (and other hard vegetables/fruit) Cut up before eating.

It is also important to take good care of it.

* Brush after each meal and snack.
* Clean between your teeth and around each bracket daily.
* Take time to brush THOROUGHLY
* Floss with a floss threader

There are lots of ways reducing weight. I came accross with this 3-day diet, and it caught my attention. I wonder if it really works? I'm thinking of giving it a try.. (hehe, hopefully)


Drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.

You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods.



Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

1/2 Grapefruit or Juice

1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter


1/2 Cup of Tuna

1 Toast

Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal


3 Oz. any lean meat or chicken

1 cup green beans

1 cup carrots

1 apple

1 cup regular vanilla ice cream



black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

1 Egg

1/2 Banana

1 Toast


1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

8 regular saltine crackers


2 beef franks

1 cup broccoli or cabbage

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream



black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

5 regular saltine crackers

1 oz. cheddar cheese

1 apple


1 boiled egg

1 toast

black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal


1 cup tuna

1 cup carrots

1 cup cauliflower

1 cup melon

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

I'm busy with work, lots of things needs to be done.. *sighs*

I'm not feeling well right now.. Headache attacks again.. *sob*

Anyways, I'm kinda upset :( Last time I wrote about our plan to have a vacation.. well, too bad, for some reasons, I think I wouldn't able to go.. Anyways, I'm hoping to have it re-set soon and hopefully by that time plans would push through..
