Does it say how much weight you might expect to lose?
My usual recommendation for 'i'd like to weigh less' is 'visit the planet Mars' :)
At the Griffith Observatory, there is an area where you can hop onto these scales and they indicate what you might weigh on the Moon, Mars, Earth, Jupiter, etc.
On Mars, I weigh 79lbs! Not too much, not too little (well, a bit too little) and I can still eat ice-cream! :)
